Part I. will have exactly the same format as the Midterm. It's not cumulative -- indeed, it will focus on the material encountered in the last few weeks of class. Part II. will comprise 3 short "essay" questions. It's open book -- bring your notes, text, even other books (and pen/paper) -- but NOT a computer (it's too easy for people to copy straight from wikipedia etc. if I allow computers).
The "think-pair-share" questions from the entire term are here: TPS . It would be a good idea to work through these, making sure you understand each point being made.
The best way to study is to use your notes and the "cosmology handout", as a guide to topics, and pair up with someone else from class, to take turns describing/explaining each point. There is no substitute for having to explain a topic -- it really reveals whether you have grasped it or not.
Also, try Scott's example questions, and a random selection from the text.
