The following LaTeX form and style file are to be used for applying for telescope time at the University of Michigan Observatories (Magellan and MDM). Fill out the Latex form, print it out, and submit it to the Departmental office before the deadline. These forms were significantly changed in November, 2002. Please do not use either the tex or sty files from earlier versions. In particular, note that at the start of the tex files you now must indicate whether your proposal is a MDM proposal, a Magellan proposal, or a proposal that uses both facilities.
